Booking procedure:
To ensure swift and efficient booking, before contacting us please read the following information carefully:
Due to its exclusivity, Kitsch Cabaret is reserved in advance only. Where possible please call well in advance of your preferred date, as tables are booked quickly and are reserved on a first-come first-served basis. To ensure the booking procedure is fair, Madame Jojo’s does not offer a provisional booking service, but will however be able to advise on ticket availability for preferred dates and when they are anticipated to be sold out.
We will ask you for the following information: full name, daytime contact number, whether you have read the important information and terms and conditions, date you would like to book for, number of guests, package required, meat/vegetarian/special diet ratio, payment details.
The booking and information office is open from 11.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday. During busy periods you may go through to our answerphone service; please leave a clear name and number and we will return your call as soon as possible. You may also request further information via email and fax. Please ensure you supply your contact details along with the preferred date of your booking.
Payment Procedure
We accept all major credit cards. Cheques are also accepted if received two weeks in advance. Please note: if paying by cheque we must receive one cheque only, in the name of the booker, covering all costs.
Cancellation Policy: Madame Jojo's operates a 10 day cancellation, after this time we offer a transfer of your tickets to an alternative date.
